These terms apply to online pickup orders placed with Fu Cai Chinese Restaurant 499 Inc. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate contact and order information so we can prepare your food and contact you about your order.
Online Orders
Orders are accepted for pickup only. Prices, taxes, checkout fees, availability, and ordering hours may change. If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we may contact you or cancel the order.
SMS Terms
SMS updates are optional during checkout. If you check the SMS consent box and provide a valid mobile phone number, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Fu Cai Chinese Restaurant (Fu Cai Chinese Restaurant 499 Inc) about that order, including order confirmation, preparation updates, ready-for-pickup notifications, and cancellation notices.
These messages are transactional only. We do not use this SMS program for marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies based on order activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS updates. Reply HELP for help.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. You may complete your order without opting in to SMS updates.
